Mystery of the Blue Bicycles.
Solved...

Earlier this year, Charles Sauvage revealed he has given a refurbished, blue bicycle to anyone who makes a $100 donation to the Friends of the Melbourne Beach Library.
He has given away six bikes.
He gave the first painted bike to the Library, where it drew attention. Encouraged, when people asked to buy the bikes, he started collecting and refurbishing bicycles that had been left for trash.
A few neighbors displayed them in their yards. Soon, people were leaving their old bikes at his doorstep.
"It was pretty cool at first," said his wife Marlaine."But I did get a little tired of all the rusty bikes lying around."

"It is a unique way of helping the Library," said Frank Harris , director of the Melbourne Beach Library. Harris said he was mystified when one of the blue bicycles appeared at the library bike rack. The tires were blue, the frame was blue, the seat was blue, the chain was blue.
Sauvage has painted many types of bikes, from three wheeled low riders and mountain bikes to exercise bikes. He has painted 32 bicycles but he doesn't plan to paint more. "It is a lot of work," he said.
